LEED Silver certified as first publicly funded elementary school in State of Ohio. Consists of a new 74,600 sf school for 550 students which involved demolition of the existing structure.

This 90 year old, 49,000 sf structure was completely renovated into 18 state-of-the-art classrooms and is now considered the “highest tech” teaching building on the University’s campus.

Center includes gymnasium, multi-activity court, natatorium, bowling lanes, racquetball courts, free weights and cardio equipment, indoor track, climbing wall, aerobic dance studios and golf/softball/baseball hitting area. LEED silver project with 75% recycling of waste.
